Job summary

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor to lead Inventory Associates across the Salt Lake City metro area, including West Jordan. Expect a starting wage of $19.00–$21.00 per hour with paid training and travel between stores.

You will coach staff, ensure accurate cycle counts, and collaborate with district leaders to meet performance goals. Ideal candidates bring at least two years in inventory roles, a reliable vehicle, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years experience as Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with time management.
• Flexible schedules and ability to travel as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
