Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor - Inventory to lead and coach Inventory Associates, ensuring accuracy and efficient store counts across multiple locations in the Albany area.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and real opportunities to advance. You’ll travel to retail sites, maintain a high standard of accuracy, and collaborate with district managers to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

What We\'re Looking For

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
