Job summary

WIS International seeks a Retail Inventory Supervisor for morning shifts on a part-time basis. Starting wages range from $17.00 to $19.50 per hour, with paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for travel as needed.

You will coach Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, resolve inventory concerns with District and Area Managers, and travel to retail locations while upholding our core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment checks if required.

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with District/Area Managers.

What You'll Do

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
