What You Will Do
- Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
- Lead & Engage – serve as primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, support and execute directives from Area or District Manager, driving operational excellence, maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement.

Team Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 to be a qualified van driver; 18 to drive personal vehicle for business needs).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills focused on solutions.
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours supporting the District Manager and customer commitments.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

- Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
