Job summary

WIS International is hiring a Retail Inventory Supervisor in the Greensboro Metro area. The role focuses on coaching Inventory Associates, following a clear workflow, and resolving inventory concerns with District/Area Managers to drive excellence. Travel to retail locations is required as part of daily duties.

Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour. This position offers paid training, a path for advancement, and benefits including 401(k), health and other plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail is required.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
