Buck Mason in New York is seeking an energetic Retail Operations Coordinator to oversee daily stockroom operations, lead the stock team, and ensure inventory flow keeps the sales floor fully stocked and aligned with brand standards.

You will coordinate product deliveries, maintain accurate records, and partner with store leadership to support sales goals. This role thrives on organization, efficiency, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail inventory management experience.
• Proficient with POS software and computer tasks.
• Natural leader with strong communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a variable schedule.

Responsabilités

• Inventory Master: Receive and process shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular counts.
• Replenishment Pro: Keep sales floor stocked and notify management of low or overstock situations; audit stock levels.
• Operational Support: Assist with store opening/closing and support sales associates during busy periods.
• Stock Team Leader: Lead a growing team of Stock Coordinators.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to align operational priorities with business goals.
• Work with Visual Manager on floor sets, product placement, and replenishment.
• Support NSOs in the market, including inventory prep and training.
