Job summary

Soma is seeking a Support Associate for its Pittsburgh, PA store to manage inventory and support daily store operations. This role blends back-of-house and sales-floor duties to keep the customer experience seamless and inventory accurate.

You’ll restock, merchandise, and update floor sets while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming, team-driven environment. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
