Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels across all store locations and balance inventory between stores.
• Coordinate allocation and replenishment based on sales, store size, and demand.
• Process and approve store orders aligning with budget and launch calendar.
• Run cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Plan return-to-warehouse shipments for aging or end-of-season product.
• Review sell-through reports with leadership and implement action plans for underperformers.
• Approve damage forms, coordinate write-offs and replacements.
• Audit procedures against policy and update retail teams on policy changes.
• Oversee ordering, allocation, restocking of employee uniform program.
• Source and install visual displays and merchandising fixtures.
• Manage end-to-end projects for new store openings and staff training.
• Maintain inventory documents and training materials.
