Job summary

Buck Mason is seeking a Stock Coordinator to manage inventory, keep shelves stocked, and support daily store operations. You will handle shipments, keep stock organized, and assist with opening/closing tasks while ensuring the shop maintains its visual standards.

The role involves multitasking, strong communication, and comfort with POS systems in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments; organize and store inventory and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and notify management of low or overstock situations.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, and support sales associates during busy periods.
• Assist in daily operations of the shop, including maintaining shop’s aesthetic and cleanliness, and respond proactively to unexpected circumstances.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and best practice standards for the stockroom.
• Establish and maintain organization of back stock apparel and accessories.
• Replenish the sales floor from back stock.
• Prepare all shipment to be steamed/hung/folded.
• Perform duties in compliance with company productivity and visual standards.
• Notify the Store Manager of supplies needed.
• Open, sort, and prioritize all incoming shipments with guidance from the Manager.
• Navigate a computer and use POS software.
