Job summary

Splendid in Southlake, TX is seeking a Stock Associate to support receiving, stocking, and merchandising in-store. You will move stock, fold and hang merchandise, and ensure stock areas stay organized while delivering friendly service to customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong English communication, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend and night shifts are required, with opportunities to contribute to visual and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent English communication - verbal and written
• Excellent time management/project skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting receiving / stocking store functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute flow of merchandise in and out of the stock area
• Process all merchandise shipments and report discrepancies to Store Manager
• Fold or hang merchandise in stock area
• Maintain awareness of merchandise replenishment needs
• Prepare and process customer shipments for delivery
• Know store merchandise layout (back of house and front of house)
• Keep stock area organized with supplies and display materials
• Replenish supplies as requested by management
• Assist with cleaning/maintenance on sales floor or stock room
• Complete transfers, markdowns, and consolidations accurately
• Participate in inventory preparations with the Management Team
• Assist with visual directives and floorset processes
• Support visual team with store floorset as needed
