Boot Barn is seeking a Retail Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) in Chesapeake, VA. The role ensures tight inventory control, accurate inbound/outbound processing, and proper merchandise flow to the sales floor, supporting replenishment and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for selling floor and adheres to ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor.
