Disc Replay in Toledo, OH is seeking an Inventory Specialist/Manager to oversee store inventory, price items, and prepare them for display on the sales floor. The role emphasizes autonomy, efficiency, and initiative in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Inventory Manager will supervise back-stage inventory, monitor stock levels, conduct counts, and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage while ensuring product availability. Prior retail experience is preferred and training is provided.
