The Assistant Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and accountability, while supporting store operations and KPI reporting. Previous retail leadership and strong communication are essential.

• Previous retail experience, in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop others.
• Familiarity with Disc Replay’s product categories is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Sales Associate Team, recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead and manage the sales team, set expectations and provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Foster a culture aligned with Disc Replay's core values and maintain a positive in-store environment.
• Drive the customer service experience and respond to feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure accountability for performance; deliver coaching and conduct regular team conversations.
• Support store operations, shifts, hiring, and collaboration with Inventory Manager and Shift Supervisors.
• Provide KPI updates to the Store Manager and monitor store performance metrics.
