Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Inventory Lead in Boston to oversee the inventory program and support the store leadership team. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain efficient stock management.

The role requires leading the back-of-house operations, managing cycle counts, transfers, and restocks, and ensuring timely processing of shipments. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.
• Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the inventory program in-store.
• Attend monthly inventory meetings and manage weekly cycle counts.
• Manage store-to-store transfers and weekly restocks.
• Ensure back of house is organized, tidy, and easy to navigate.
• Coordinate shipment receipts and timely processing; communicate issues to managers.
• Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
