Job summary

Boot Barn in Florida is seeking a Retail Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) to manage store inventory and ensure shelves are stocked to support a positive customer experience and sales goals.

The role requires accurate handling of inbound/outbound inventory, proper tagging with EAS, and timely processing of all freight and system entries. You will coach staff and maintain a clean stock area while complying with company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations and build relationships.
• Process all incoming and outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to standards.
• Prepare merchandise for selling floor with proper signage.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to floor.
• Input freight information into appropriate systems.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policy.
• Educate and coach sales team on inventory processes.
• Maintain stock room clean and organized; meet UPH targets.
