Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Retail Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) to manage inbound and outbound inventory, ensuring the sales floor is well stocked and processes are followed precisely. You will support replenishment, maintain accurate system input, and keep the stock room organized to meet store and customer needs.

The role emphasizes a strong service mindset, collaboration with the sales team, and adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines, while contributing to a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor following ticketing guidelines.
• Tag merchandise with EAS tags before moving to floor.
