Responsibilities

• Champions customer service programs to meet or exceed goals; promotes personalized service.
• Receives deliveries, logs into system, and transports products to storage, freezer, cooler or sales area.
• Verifies orders against invoices and auditing contents to ensure costs are correct; uses electronic receiving system.
• Reconciles vendor invoices to costs and inputs differences; balances receiving and transmits data for payment.
• Maintains security, sanitation and organization of receiving, storage and loading areas.
• Operates equipment such as hand trucks, six-wheel carts, pallet jacks, and price guns; performs related duties.
