Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a data and reporting professional to support inventory, distribution, and sales analytics from the Store Support Center in Lincoln.

You will generate reports on store on-hand quantities, DC inventory, transfers, and shipments, and deliver monthly analyses to senior leadership. The role also includes preparing standard monthly reports, ad-hoc analyses on demand, and calculating quarterly store bonuses in collaboration with Payroll and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to create and evaluate reports on inventory, distribution, sales, and labor.
• Experience producing monthly management reports, ad-hoc analyses, and recommendations.
• Familiarity with Retek data and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Create reports on retail on-hand, DC inventory, transfers and shipments.
• Provide monthly analyses to Senior Management and regional leaders.
• Prepare standard monthly reporting packages and ad-hoc analyses.
• Calculate quarterly store bonus payments and coordinate with Payroll/Accounting.
