Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Inventory Associate - Driver (Part-Time) to support inventory counts at retail locations. You will transport staff to events, operate handheld scanners, and strive for accuracy while meeting productivity goals.

No inventory experience is required as training is provided; you must be 21+ to drive a van per policy, have reliable transportation, and enjoy an active, team-based work environment. Flexible schedules and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ to be qualified van driver; 18+ to drive personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Starting Wage: $17.50 - $22.50

*The hourly rate range is based on actual ranges for the employees who currently hold a comparable position

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

What Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
