Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate - Driver to help our retailers accurately count inventory while staying active on a flexible schedule. The role requires driving to inventory events, transporting staff as needed, and counting using handheld scanners.

No prior inventory experience is required as full training is provided, with starting wages in the $15.50–$18.00 per hour range.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights

What You'll Do

This Is an Active Job

You Will Spend Most Of Your Shift

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
