Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Inventory Associate - Driver (Part-Time) to help count inventory at top retailers. You will travel with a team to customer locations, count using handheld scanners, and maintain high accuracy while meeting productivity goals.

No prior inventory experience is required as training is provided. The role offers a starting wage of $15.00–$17.00 per hour, with employer-paid travel, per diem, and opportunities for pay increases based on performance.

What You'll Do

• This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
• Will travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region.
• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program

You Will Spend Most Of Your Shift

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching

• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
