Starting Wage: $17.50-$19.50

Part Time: Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn!

Job Preview

This WIS Team provides inventory solutions to a broad array of retail, grocery, and specialty customers across the nation. You will scan barcodes for current inventory at customer locations to assist them in making better business decisions. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner. This role involves adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conducting vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. The Inventory Associate - Driver is critical in ensuring the safe transport of associates, enhancing customer satisfaction, and meeting company goals.

Team Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• We encourage applications from candidates who:
• No degree needed.
• Have no experience or are returning to the workforce.
• Have military experience.
• Looking for associates with experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, and/or Warehouse work.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Driver Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands for repetitive motions, frequently be in low-level positions, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel via car and occasionally plane, including overnight stays.
