Job summary

WIS International in Johnson City, TN seeks an Inventory Associate Driver for a part-time role. You will travel weekly with the team to client sites, count inventory with handheld scanners, and maintain accuracy while earning performance-based pay increases.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Starting wage ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with paid training and opportunities for travel rewards.

What You'll Do

• This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
• Will travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region.

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
