Job summary

WIS International is seeking an active Retail Inventory Associate - Driver to support counting inventory at top retailers. Start wage ranges from $15.50 to $17.50 per hour, with paid training and opportunities to earn more through performance-based pay.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for 36 months and driving experience. You’ll travel to retail locations, use handheld scanners, and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
