Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate Driver in Columbus, GA to support inventory counts for top retailers. You will drive to events, transport team members, and use handheld scanners to log counts with precision.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and a performance-based pay structure with earnings potential. A valid driver’s license is required, and no prior inventory experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence for 36 consecutive months.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including early mornings or late nights.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
