Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Consultant to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with 30%+ travel and remote work from the US East Coast.

You will collaborate with fashion and apparel retailers, translate requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams, and guide customers through discovery, demos, scoping, testing, and go-live.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fashion and apparel retail experience in planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimization.
• Proven track record delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment and ability to move complex projects forward with minimal team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior IC role and traveling regularly.

What you bring

• Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.

US East Coast location preferred. Base salary is expected to be $150,000-$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
