Job summary

Adventure Aquarium, a Herschend Family Entertainment property, seeks a motivated leader to manage Retail and Imaging operations, driving guest satisfaction and sales goals. You will oversee POS, cash handling, and photo sales while coaching staff and maintaining merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• 2 years in retail or customer service preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within Retail and Imaging to meet sales goals.
• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and reconciliations.
• Assist with sales transactions, returns, photo sales, printing, and packaging.
• Train and develop team members for guest service and operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory accuracy.
• Respond to guest concerns in person, phone, or email.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
