YES! AIR CONDITIONING HEATING PLUMBING ELECTRIC is hiring Retail Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores, promoting HVAC services and tune-ups.

Earn $20 per hour plus commission with an average earning potential of $20–$30 per hour and a schedule that includes Sundays through Thursdays and weekend work. We offer weekly pay, paid training, and a clear career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment as a product‑consultant and lead‑generation aid.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts; weekend/holiday availability; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand‑Ambassador, representing YES! ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Lead‑Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in‑home consultations or HVAC services.
• This role is not door‑to‑door, canvassing, or canvasser work.
