Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring Customer Engagement Specialists to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This high-energy sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for our home comfort solutions.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence and support promotions.
