Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, help locate items, and assist with checkout.
• Accurately handle cash, checks and card transactions per policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and manage inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Assist pharmacy staff as required and promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
