Formación

• At least 16 years of age.
• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods.
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs, up to 10 lbs frequently, overhead lifting as needed.
• Visual acuity for computer terminals, reading and inspection.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, help locate items, and assist across departments.
• Cashier duties: handle cash, checks and card transactions per policies.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and manage inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities and assist pharmacy personnel when needed.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customer health goals.
