Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Lakewood, CO is hiring part‑time retail sales associates to energize customers and drive in‑store sales. You will become a cap expert, delivering exceptional service, maintaining visual standards, and helping customers find hats and apparel that reflect their style and team pride.

As a team member, you’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, learn product knowledge, and uphold company policies. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within the guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Participate in managing store inventory, including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
• Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
