Job summary

Lids Sports Group is hiring retail salespeople in Florida who are passionate about hats, sports, and fashion. You will guide customers to find products that reflect their style, provide exceptional service, and contribute to an energetic store environment.

As a team member, you will maintain product presentation, follow visual guidelines, and support store operations while engaging with shoppers to drive sales and deliver a memorable Lids experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within the guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in managing store inventory, including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
• Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
