Job summary

TJ Maxx in Greenvale, NY is hiring a store associate to provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and support daily store operations. You will help maintain clean, organized merchandising and assist in promotions and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
Ring purchases and returns accurately and process cash/credit according to procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in a timely manner.
Support store recovery and safety initiatives throughout the day.
Assist in loss prevention and adhere to labor laws and company policies.
