Job summary

OGX, Original X Productions, seeks Retail Team Members to support retail and photo operations at The FRIENDS Experience – NYC. You will help keep the retail space clean and create a fun, welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role is part-time with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Candidates should have excellent communication, cash handling, and guest services experience, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling and guest services.
• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Retail Lead to ensure that the area is clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of the retail area including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and removing trash.
• Have a "go beyond" mindset when helping guests.
• Create a fun and welcoming environment for guests.
• Report needed repairs and maintenance.
• Cash out guests.
• Answer questions about retail items.
• Additional duties as assigned.
