Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia in Lilburn, GA is seeking a part-time associate to assist customers, stock merchandise, and operate the register. You will greet guests, process transactions, and keep the sales floor neat and welcoming.

You will also help transition products to the sales floor with urgency, support merchandising, and participate in training. This role supports a positive guest experience in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver friendly guest experience.
• Maintain a professional, people-first attitude with guests.
• Transition product to the sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Promote and upsell merchandise and round up during transactions.
• Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions with guests.
• Identify problems and seek management support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and guests.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area and sales floor.
