Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, stocked, and welcoming. You’ll greet guests, assist at the register or self-checkout, and help maintain product availability while upholding safety standards.

We offer flexible schedules, opportunities for growth, and hands-on training. Pay can reach up to $15.50/hour at select locations, with priority given to strong customer-service performers who value teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile, responding promptly and courteously to both.
• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Help keep our stores stocked & fresh.
