Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to join our guest-focused team. You will help keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly while delivering friendly service at the register or self-checkout.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with a $1.50 night premium for hours 10:00 PM-6:00 AM. We offer flexible schedules (full- and part-time), opportunities for growth, and hands-on training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is preferred.
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Restock shelves and keep store stock, coolers, and displays organized.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep and store areas while following safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and respond to guest concerns with urgency.
• Support teammates and managers to ensure smooth store operations.
