WIS International is seeking a Retail Grocery Associate for part-time work in Illinois. You will help top retailers accurately count inventory using handheld scanners, with training provided. Expect flexible scheduling, travel to various stores, and performance-based pay that rewards accuracy and productivity.

What You'll Do

• This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the grocery segment
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
