Job summary

WIS International in Crown Point, IN is hiring a part-time Retail Grocery Associate for inventory counting. Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and paid training.

No prior inventory experience required; we provide comprehensive training. You will count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, travel to store locations, and aim for high accuracy to maximize earnings under our performance-based pay program.

What You'll Do

• This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the grocery segment
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
