Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience through their eagerness to help, high standards of brand and execution, and ability to prioritize and efficiently execute operational processes.

• Perform golf club repairs, including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft and lie adjustments.
• Perform club fitting and performance modifications using club fitting equipment.
• Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs.
• Manage workflow for all customer services, establishing turn-around times to meet customer expectations.
• Promote company programs such as Warranty Sales, Scorecard, Private Label Credit Card, etc.
• Manage golf service supply inventory by accurately tracking shop usage.
• Complete, organize, and store all customer work orders.
• Deliver high-quality customer service within the golf area.
• Maintain merchandise presentation standards, ensuring products are stocked and maintained to daily standards.
• Participate in all recovery and cleanliness standards.
• Follow policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted pay range: $15.50 - $24.25 per hour. Starting pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and the specific position.
