OVERVIEW:

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, high brand and execution standards, and the ability to prioritize and efficiently execute operational processes.

  • Performs golf club repairs, including but not limited to, re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments.
  • Performs club fitting and club performance modifications using club fitting equipment.
  • Provides product and service recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Manages workflow for all customer services, establishing turnaround times to meet customer expectations.
  • Promotes company programs such as Warranty Sales, Scorecard, Private Label Credit Card, etc.
  • Tracks and manages golf service supply inventory accurately.
  • Completes, organizes, and stores customer work orders.
  • Delivers high-level customer service within the golf area.
  • Ensures merchandise presentation standards are met, maintaining proper inventory levels and daily standards.
  • Participates in recovery and cleanliness standards.
  • Follows safety, loss prevention, and operational policies, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
  • Supports team efforts across the store as needed.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
