Robbins Brothers in Pasadena, CA seeks a General Manager to own the Retail Stores Operational Plan, drive performance, partner with the VP of Stores, and lead a Floor Manager and sales team to meet financial goals.

You will develop strategy with other heads, create a positive work environment, guide training, conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, budgeting, and security, while upholding Robbins Brothers policies and values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience required.
• 5+ years in jewelry retail management preferred.
• 5+ years in customer service preferred.
• 3+ years in high-end sales preferred.
• CRM software experience 3+ years preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive sales performance.
• Lead floor management and coordinate with the VP of Stores.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and visual merchandising.
• Develop talent and succession planning.
