Job summary

Robbins Brothers Fine Jewelers is seeking a Floor Manager in Riverside, CA to act as co-owner of the Retail Store Operational Plan. You will maximize sales opportunities by pairing guests with the right associates, train staff, and coach for long-term growth while maintaining security standards and brand integrity.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, manage performance, and lead efforts across sales, merchandise, and customer service to deliver the legendary Robbins Brothers

Qualifications

• Management experience: 5 years (Required)
• Jewelry retail experience: 5 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
• High-end sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• CRM software: 3 years (Preferred)
• Salesforce: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities by matching the right sales associate to the guest.
• Train store associates and provide long-term coaching for development.
• Achieve individual monthly sales quotas and maximize gross margin.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and store leadership to meet objectives.
• Lead in merchandise display, security, and quality control.
• Ensure the delivery of the Robbins Brothers Experience.
