Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales > $2M.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L oversight.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.
• Maintain safe, clean facilities and conduct safety checks.
• Drive sales through ordering, stocking, and merchandising standards.
• Assist GM with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to improve opportunities.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition with managers.
