POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead our Fifth Avenue store, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding brand standards. You will manage managers and store associates, shaping a high-energy, inclusive, results-driven culture.

You will guide daily operations, ensure staffing alignment, and monitor KPIs to meet and exceed store goals. Growth opportunities exist as POP MART's North America business scales rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and sales team.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through consistent feedback, recognition, and development plans.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and succession planning aligned with business needs.
• Create development plans for team members, ensuring readiness for future roles while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, 1:1s, and coaching sessions.
• Responsible for the oversight, staffing and scheduling of local ROBO Shops.

Sales & Customer Experience

• Achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues as needed.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service and satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

• Establish clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs, inspiring and coaching the team to not only meet but exceed them.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures, as well as state/federal labor laws (including rest/break compliance, predictive scheduling where applicable).
• Lead all aspects of daily store operations, guiding team leaders, ensuring flawless visual merchandising execution, and maintaining precise inventory control.
• Review business reports and operational metrics to uncover growth opportunities, streamline processes, and elevate overall performance.

Financial Accountability

• Manage labor budgets, payroll, and controllable expenses with efficiency and foresight.
• Maximize profitability through effective scheduling, labor management, and loss prevention strategies.
• Brand & Culture Stewardship Champion the brand’s mission, values, and visual standards throughout the store as well as a people first, customer obsessed culture experience.
• Promote a culture of belonging, creativity, and innovation in the workplace.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive retail leadership experience in a flagship environment, with a proven track record in driving high-volume sales and overseeing multiple tiers of direct-report leadership roles.
• Proven success in leading teams to meet or exceed sales and operational goals.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS systems, workforce management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements

Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and move merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts. Ability to frequently bend, kneel, stoop, reach, climb ladders or step stools, and perform overhead work. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, building displays, and organizing inventory. Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockrooms and receiving areas. Manual dexterity to safely operate standard stockroom equipment and tools. Ability to multitask and respond effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay Range Details

The base salary range for this position is $115,00- $130,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
