Big Sandy Superstore in Chillicothe, OH, seeks an experienced General Manager I to lead store operations, coach a sales team, and deliver the Superstore Experience. You report to the Regional Manager, drive sales, and embody our employee-owned, service-oriented culture.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer satisfaction environments preferred.
• Retail management/supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 48 hour weekly retail schedule.
• Achieve personal sales goals and manage the sales team.
• Provide training and set goals for sales staff.
• Provide support to the store's Management Team and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR to build and maintain full staffing levels.
