REVOLVE is seeking a Retail General Manager for its San Diego location to lead a performance-driven store, elevate customer experience, and drive sales while mentoring a team. The role requires owning store performance, inventory control, and brand representation in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

You will partner with HR to staff the store, manage budgets, and communicate with corporate partners to align on product and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Retail Store Management Experience required.
• Proven experience in working within a sales driven environment - deliver sales results in line with business growth targets.
• Drives growth through presenting new initiatives/ideas to improve the client experience and business as a whole

• Monitor and assess retail store performance, including sales, profit, product levels by season, and general compliance with company standards and policies.
• Execute strategies to increase sales and profitability in store & deliver strong results through positive year over year growth and stable KPIs.
• Apply a strong understanding of business acumen to drive the business, identify opportunities, and build longterm solutions.
• Ownership of operational execution of the store to achieve necessary revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.
• Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store.
• Address customer complaints in partnership with VP of Retail and resolve issues as they arise to retain customers and drive customer loyalty.
• Drive the execution of an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador - embody brand values, engage customers on the brand.
• Partner with HR & Recruiting team on staffing and hiring
• Partner directly with your Direct Supervisor and HR team for support on performance discussions, safety discussions, and any other HR issues.
• Provide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to corporate partners to influence allocations and the success of the business
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail store team, enabling an incredible employee experience.

Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel? The Retail Store Manager will be the primary owner in driving a performance based culture within their location, while focusing on delivering exceptional customer experience. The Store manager should be passionate about fashion and styling and has the ability to cultivate and grow a customer following in-store, support the management team and represent the REVOLVE brand and image.

Major Responsibilities:

• Customer centric - proven ability to foster and maintain personal relationships with clients to build brand loyalty for Revolve & FWRD
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities (customers, team members, HQ partners, vendors, etc.)
• Ability to set clear objectives through direct communication and inspire the team to reach their highest potential
• Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ability to stand, lift (within reason) on the sales floor and operationally in BOH
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the business
• Strong record of sourcing talent, developing retail teams, and maintaining a strong network within market

Minimum Qualifications:

• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends
• Has managed a business of at least 10M in annual Net Revenue
• Has managed exempt & non-exempt employees
• Understanding of Retail Labor Laws
