The Retail General Manager is responsible for maintaining our ‘team member first’ culture and for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service. This position oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resource management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage. This position will report to our CONNERSVILLE retail store location.
This position manages all store and yard staff.

This is a full-time position, scheduled 45 hours/week. Days and hours of work vary. Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
