Job Description

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our upcoming store at Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale, AZ.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Sales Lead, you will provide an exceptional retail customer experience and support Sales & Operations. You will utilize innovative technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and stores. Working with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates, you will help customers Live their Passion. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable engaging with the public. You will be part of a close-knit team working together to achieve goals and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Represent our culture and values, helping customers Live their passion.
  • Engage customers by sharing knowledge about our products' fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Promote customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate associates to meet performance goals.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising standards to enhance shopping and purchasing.
  • Contribute feedback to the Store Manager for business improvements.
  • Aim to exceed store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality.
  • Serve as a resource for product knowledge for customers and team members.
  • Achieve personal sales and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure safety and security standards are maintained and report issues.
  • Assist with unpacking inventory boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 1-year retail experience; management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and team builder.
